1. Place one strip on each side of the front of your garment, rhinestone side up
2. Cover with a pressing cloth or parchment paper
3. Press with a hot iron at medium-high heat for 15–20 seconds
4. Allow to cool, then gently peel off the backing
5. Press again from the reverse side for extra hold
