- Custom orders: depends on design and quantity
Dispatch time:
Orders are shipped after production is completed.
Shipping charges:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or confirmed manually for bulk/custom orders.
Delivery delays:
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, or operational issues.
Incorrect address:
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Rhinestone Heritage is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
International shipping:
If available, customs duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Order tracking:
Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
EU Delivery Estimates Orders shipped to the European Union typically arrive within 10–20 business days from dispatch. Processing takes 2–4 business days for ready stock; custom orders may require additional production time.
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply upon entry into your country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Rhinestone Heritage is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
