Shipping policy

1. Order processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and, for custom orders, after final design/mockup approval.

  • Ready-stock items: dispatched within 2–4 business days
  • Custom and bulk/wholesale orders: production time depends on design and quantity and is confirmed at the time of order

2. Shipping within India

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1,500 within India.
  • For orders below ₹1,500, shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier.

3. International shipping

We ship internationally on request. International shipping charges depend on destination, weight and courier, and are shown at checkout or quoted to you by email/WhatsApp before dispatch. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

International orders: Shipping shows as ₹0 at checkout. After you place your order, we will send you the exact international shipping cost on WhatsApp (+91 8655468047). Your order is dispatched once the shipping charge is paid.

  • Estimated delivery after dispatch: typically 7–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Customs duties, import taxes and local fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Rhinestone Heritage is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

4. Digital products

Digital files (SVG, CDR, PDF, etc.) are delivered by download link after successful payment. No physical item is shipped and no shipping charge applies.

5. Order tracking

Tracking details are shared by email and/or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

6. Delivery delays and address errors

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays or other events outside our control. Please provide a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer; re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video, as described in our Refund Policy.
