The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Rhinestone Heritage. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

1. Eligibility and use of the website

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful purpose, and not to copy, resell or exploit any part of the website without our written permission.

2. Products and descriptions

We sell hotfix rhinestone heat transfers, rhinestone templates, loose hotfix rhinestones, heat transfer materials, digital design files and heat press machines. We try to display products and colours accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor variations in stone placement may occur in handmade and custom products.

3. Prices and taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices shown in other currencies are approximate conversions for reference only; payment is charged in INR, and your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees. Applicable GST is charged as per Indian law. We may change prices at any time without notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your order will apply.

4. Orders and payment

  • An order is confirmed only after full payment, or the agreed advance payment for custom/bulk orders.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking and wallets) and PayPal. We do not store your card details.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability; in such cases any amount paid will be refunded in full.

5. Custom, personalised and wholesale orders

  • Production of custom orders starts only after payment (or advance) and your approval of the final design/mockup.
  • Please check size, design, stone colours and spelling carefully. We are not responsible for errors in details you approved before production.
  • Changes requested after approval may involve extra charges and time.
  • Custom, personalised and bulk/wholesale orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has started.
  • Wholesale pricing and minimum order quantities apply only to approved B2B customers and may change from time to time.

6. Artwork and intellectual property

By submitting artwork, logos or designs for a custom order, you confirm that you own them or are legally authorised to use them, and you agree to indemnify Rhinestone Heritage against any claim arising from their use. We may refuse any design we believe infringes third-party rights or is offensive. All content on this website, including our designs, templates, images and text, is the property of Rhinestone Heritage and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Digital files

Digital files are delivered by download after payment and are licensed for your own production use. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files themselves. All digital file sales are final, except as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Heat press machines

Heat press machines are imported and sold without any warranty or guarantee. Transit damage or failure on first use must be reported within 48 hours of delivery as described in our Refund Policy. Please follow safety instructions; we are not liable for injury or damage caused by improper use.

9. Application of products

Results depend on the fabric, temperature, pressure and time used. We recommend testing on a spare piece of fabric first. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect application.

10. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhinestone Heritage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

12. Third-party services

Our store is hosted on Shopify, and payments and deliveries are handled by third-party providers. Their use is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane / Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, India. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page and applies to orders placed after that date.
