- Place the sticker on your garment, rhinestone side up
- Cover with a pressing cloth or parchment paper
- Press with a hot iron at medium-high heat for 15โ20 seconds
- Allow to cool, then gently peel off the backing
- Press again from the reverse side for extra hold

How to apply
- Preheat your heat press or home iron to 150โ160ยฐC.
- Place the sticker on the garment with the rhinestones facing up and the clear carrier sheet on top.
- Cover with a pressing cloth or silicone sheet and press firmly for 15โ20 seconds.
- Let it cool completely, then peel the carrier sheet slowly at a low angle.
